OVERRIDE TRAINING

Backgrounds:

I grew up on the South Side of Tucson, Arizona, bouncing from house to house until I was 15. I came from very little, but I’ve spent the past five years fully dedicated to maximizing the human body and achieving my personal goals.

I started at around 125 pounds before high school and now sit at 180 pounds with 15% body fat. My journey wasn’t easy — my size and stature made progress slow, but the gym taught me something crucial: there’s a strength within you bigger than yourself. If you refuse to back down and commit fully, you can accomplish far more than you ever thought possible.

Gaining lean mass was slow, but every small change became an obsession. Over time, I learned that training hard isn’t enough — you have to train smart. Half of your effort needs to be effective, focused, and intentional.

That’s why I created OVERRIDE — more than a training style, it’s a lifestyle. OVERRIDE is a mental technique that helps you develop an alter ego, a mindset capable of tackling any goal with confidence, precision, and real effort. It’s about pushing past limits, breaking personal barriers, and truly owning your potential.
